Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Baby Assistant app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, rent, resell or redistribute the App.

2. Medical disclaimer

The App is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and is not a substitute for seeing a physician. World Health Organization growth references, vaccination schedules and developmental milestones are provided for information only. Always consult your physician about your baby's health or your own. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.

3. Your data

The App does not require an account. Every record you enter is stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. Backing up your data is your responsibility; uninstalling the App deletes your records.

4. PRO membership and payments

The core functionality of the App is free. An optional PRO membership unlocks additional features.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; your payment details never reach us.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your store account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your device's store account settings.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period unless cancelled before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription to the same content is purchased.
The "Lifetime" option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
Prices are as displayed in the store and may change with prior notice.

5. Health features are free

The vaccination schedule, developmental milestones, the "when to call a doctor" list, postnatal depression screening and core care tracking are never placed behind the paywall.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Calculations are based on the data you enter; results arising from incorrect or incomplete input are the user's responsibility.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
